PGSync Pro — Privacy Policy¶

We keep this short because the product is built to keep your data in your own hands.

The product collects no telemetry¶

PGSync Pro runs entirely in your infrastructure. It does not phone home and sends us no usage data, document contents, queries, or metrics. With the default local / FastEmbed providers, text is embedded on-device and never leaves your environment.

If you opt into a hosted embedding provider (OpenAI, Cohere, Voyage), only the fields you configure as the embedding source are sent to that provider, under their terms — not to us.

What we do collect (buying & support)¶

To sell and support the Software we process:

• Billing data — handled by Polar, our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record; we receive your name, organization, email, country, and subscription status. We do not store card details.
• Account / delivery — the email and organization used to issue your private-index token.
• Support correspondence — anything you send us when you contact support.

We use this only to provide, bill for, and support the Software, and we do not sell it. Sub-processors: Polar (payments / checkout), Cloudflare (private package-index hosting), and Resend (delivery of your token / onboarding email).

Your rights¶

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at tolu at pgsync dot com. We retain billing records as required by law and delete other account data on request after the Subscription ends.

Data processing agreement¶

Available on request. Because embeddings run in your infrastructure, our data processing footprint is minimal.
